Riu Plaza Chicago

Excellent location, but horrible breakfast.

The Riu Plaza Hotel in Chicago boasts a prime location near downtown, making it an excellent choice for travelers who want easy access to shopping, dining, and popular attractions. The convenience of having everything within walking distance added to the overall experience. The stay was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities available, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable visit.

I loved everything about this hotel and my stay! The room was very clean and the elevators got you to your floor fast no matter how high you were up, this is good for when you forget something and you’re using a Lyft or Uber because it takes less than 30 secs to get to your floor. This hotel is located by everything! I loved it. Check in was a breeze and check out was so easy. Didn’t have any problems. All the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was so good and I felt like I was in a stand alone restaurant. I had plenty of towels, the view was also the best! I came in town for the Beyoncé concert and this hotel wasn’t far from soldier field AT ALL! I loved it, one of my favorite hotels in Chicago. Quiet and really pretty in the inside and clean on the outside.
